Whether we are looking to start a business from scratch, fund a new capital acquisition, project, or growth strategy, or, simply, to ensure adequate working capital during a particularly difficult period, it is highly likely we will need to seek external finance, at some point within our business lives. This may be in the form of business loans, capital issues or grant funding, all of which Praxis can assist with.

Over the years, we have arranged many business loans, on behalf of clients, including under the Bounce Back loan Scheme and the Business Recover Loan Scheme. For larger clients, we have assisted with capital raising through share issues, and completed many Research and Development claims, resulting in either significant reductions in Corporation Tax liabilities, or, in many cases, refunds from HMRC.
